Carrie A. Fahey, ChFC, CFP®
Wealth Advisor

What do you most enjoy about your work?

I really enjoy building loyal, long-standing relationships with our clients, working together for years and truly becoming part of their “team.”

Carrie began her career as a CPA with the accounting firms of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte. As a tax specialist, she wanted to do more for her clients which led to an interest in financial planning. She then earned both the Chartered Financial Consultant and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ ( CFP®) designations. This, together with her tax expertise, allowed her to assist her clients in a more complete manner. She feels that the holistic approach helps clients to see the big picture, while being mindful of the important details. She enjoys working with her clients to meet both their financial and life goals, and the confidence and happiness they find as a result.

Throughout her career Carrie has presented on financial planning topics before various professional groups including the NY State Society of CPAs and the Erie County Bar Association. She often confers with these other professionals on behalf of her clients to provide more complete, tax conscious strategies in their wealth planning. She has also worked with numerous business owners on employee benefit planning, targeted towards qualified retirement plan design and administration. She enjoys advising 401k participants by conducting retirement planning seminars on investing for their futures.

Outside of the office, Carrie enjoys yoga and loves playing golf. Over the years she has held positions on boards and volunteered with various Western New York charities and animal rescue organizations. Currently, she serves on the advisory board at Sacred Heart Academy for young entrepreneurs.

Jessica K. Sparks
Client Service Manager

What do you most enjoy about your work?

I really enjoy helping our clients. I try to deliver a level of service that I would expect to receive. What I believe is a level of service that I would hope my parents or grandparents would receive if they were looking for assistance with something, especially if that something was a little outside of their comfort zone.

Jessica handles all aspects of our clients’ needs, including account service, financial plan preparation and appointment scheduling.

Clients feel particularly comfortable and confident when dealing with Jessica with her many years on the job and deep knowledge of their circumstances. She also has a kind way about her which puts our clients’ “right at home”.

Jessica started her career in the banking world and became a licensed insurance agent. She is married and has two active, growing boys. Her family loves taking camping trips together and spending time in the outdoors.
